Part of our mission is to give back to those who have supported our growth over the years: our community and our team members. Through the foundation created in 2008 by our founder, the A.E. Leonard Family Giving Council, we support our community in two main ways: the Charitable Giving program, supporting local causes, and the Scholarship Giving program, providing up to $5,000 each year for team members and their family members to pursue their education.
